Shipping and Handling
Our goal is to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner. Please understand that factors like high postal traffic, handling of shipping companies, and bad weathers that could delay the arrival of your package in a timely manner are outside of our control. Our shipping and handling time is 3–5 business days depending on the customer’s location. We currently offer shipping services within the US only. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking number shows delivered to customer’s address. It is customer’s responsibility to provide correct shipping name and address upon placing your order. It is also the customer’s responsibility to check your mailbox or PO Box to ensure that your package is there before contacting our customer service department.
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect name and address information, we can return the package to the customer at the customer’s expense. Orders made after 5 pm will ship out the next business day. Orders made on the weekend will ship out on Monday.
